What are your delivery costs?
At Strictly Skylights, we offer free shippingfor any orders over $1500 and deliver to the following regions: Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara, London, Guelph, Waterloo. For any orders below this amount, our delivery fee varies depending on location. We also give Contractors the option of picking up directly from our PO box for anyone located closer to Burlington.
How much notice do you need in advance to schedule a delivery?
For any individual or company ordering Velux units from Strictly Skylights, we require 48-hours notice to place an order and schedule a date/time for delivery.
How do I get a quote?
Individuals have the option of booking a 10-minute call with one of our representatives to quickly discuss skylight and pricing options for their projects. They have the option of receiving a quote over the phone or they can text our representative at (905) 920-9520 for a fast and easy response.
How do I pay?
We request e-transfer as payment for units. Quick and easy. In return, we send you a completed copy of your invoice to the email of your choice.
